The framers did a very good job at consideration up this government. There argon things in our Constitution that are not very clear and they are still argued roughly to this very day. Among these things are office staffs that the three branches of our government have that arent in our Constitution doesnt grant them. Executive claim is the power used by members of the executive branch to withhold information from the other branches of government. Executive liberty is claimed to help keep a separation of powers that the framers wanted.
