I re entirelyy loved all these chats by Elder Oaks, he is a great verbaliser and I love the clarity and directness in all of his messages. Because I did the original written assignment of My Favorite Conference Talk on Elder Oaks talk on Sacrifice from this last conference, I will counseling my this particular write up on the thoughts and insights I gained from the different two talks I read from him this week.

I in truth enjoyed reading Elder Oaks address on Divorce. There ar several people close to me who sadly have interpreted this alternative route, and as Elder Oaks remarks, unfortunately, We live in a world in which the whole concept of marriage is in peril and where divorce is commonplace. Often the cause is not incompatibility but selfishness. The first step is not seperation but reformation. Knowing that marriage is an meaty element to our eternal exaltation, and that this life is our mortal probation time of scrutiny -- I feel that as much as we remove to endure to the end in the gospel that we should do everything we house to ensure that we endure to the end with all the covenants we make with our commence in Heaven, especially in our marriages.
