In my recent studies of always path, my, colleagues and I were disturbed and somewhat revolted at the vulgarity, violence , and sexual nitty-gritty of the book. Just in the first two pages alone I found multiple distraught and saddening events non suitable for both child or teen.

On Page one hundred eleven after Luiss initiation he and fellow gang member instigated a fight with civilians One dude tried to run off, however somebody chased him down with a wine bottle and struck him on the head. The dude fell down and I saw the wine bottle coming down on him, as if it was suppose to break, but it wouldnt. (Rodriguez 111) this was one of the most perturbing scenes in chapter five. Luis Rodriguez tell his readers about what he witnessed as a gang banger beat another man fractional to death with a wine bottle.
In Conclusion I would like to state that this book would help create menaces to society. It give be appreciated if you would discontinue the use of the book, always running in our classrooms.
