That did non affect her hiring process. We also, had one employee who was on maternity admit, and we had a brief employee filling her spot. Once she returned her postion was waiting for her.One bad example that I could mention was w hen my sister was pregnant. She had left on maternity word of farewell, and when she was pee-pee to return her position was filled and she was let go. It was upsetting and right away she wanted to sue the brass. I enjoyed going to work, the hiring process was always fair and management valued its employees by being as accomodating as attainable to them.
